Аннотация

This study focuses on manufacturing technology of heterojunction solar cells based on p-type silicon. The preparation of initial components, processes of cutting, etching of materials in chemical solutions, modes of operation, resistance to solar radiation, thermal strength, structural composition, and its band diagram are discussed. The results of photovoltaic converters based on monocrystalline and amorphous silicon. The factor of the negative influence of the series resistance on the output performance parameters of the solar cell is also explained. The possibilities of minimizing the spread resistance of the sample by heat treatment. The effects of series resistance on the conversion performance are explained. This study proved that the increase in the value of the filling factor of the current -voltage characteristic with a decrease in the value of the series resistance. This study shows huge potential towards research and development of solar cells with minimal series resistance.
