A model of the interaction of oxygen-subsystem defects with intercrystallite boundaries in polycrystalline YBa₂Cu₃O_{7- delta}films under gamma -irradiation

The influence of processes occurring in the oxygen subsystem of YBa2Cu307_a thin films under y-irradiation on the critical temperature and on the temperature dependence of film resistance has been investigated theoretically.The values of parameters such as the sink strength values, the energy barrier for oxygen escape from sinks and the cross-section of oxygen-vacancy formation under v-irradiation have been estimated.
