Аннотация
The magnetic susceptibility of single crystals of Cd1–xHgx is investigated at temperatures of 4.2–300°K in the region of the ω-phase (0.3 <x <0.7). Singularities of the susceptibility were found, associated with critical points of the spectrum. The energy gaps are determined for the corresponding states in the spectrum and their position in the Brillouin zone. The position of the Fermi level is established in relation to the energy gaps in the principal structural and superstructural Bragg planes, resulting from ω-phase ordering.
