A Preliminary Report on Exposuring Breeding of Agaricus blazei Murrill with ~(60)Co-γ Radiation

Under the conditions of radiation dose 800Gy and dose rate 8.3Gy·min-1 with 60Co-γ radiation exposuring the cusp of mycelium,a fine strain of Agaricus blazei Murrill JB-6 was selected which is superior to the contrasting one in terms of mycelium’s growth rate,mushroom period and yield by means of testing growing speed and antagonistic test of mycelium and cultivation.
