This paper highlights the technological features of long-term storage of fruit products, the processes that take place during storage of fruit products, sources of waste, the effect of air ions on fruit and optimal air ionization regimes, the main parameters of the electric corona discharge ionizer. Experimental and theoretical research obtained under direct production conditions was also studied.
