SOME NOTES ON TEST MODIFICATION PROJECT

For several times, assessment was misunderstood as which only tests and evaluates student. Even nowadays, it is thought the same by some teachers. However, assessment is provided for other more important aims. The main goal of it is to analyze the process of studying, to identify the needs and difficulties of learners and to motivate them for their future studying. Moreover, assessment renders assistance not only to learners, but also to teachers too. Because according to provided testing and assessment teacher will be able to redesign a proper test which will be both reliable and valid. David Ausubel (1968) suggested “The most important factor influencing learning is what the learner already knows, that teacher should ascertain this, and teach accordingly”.
