the structure of the model developed in telecommunication networks depends only on the existing substation devices and the power devices of the power supply systems in them. It depends on the mode of operation of the production facilities based on the topology of the electricity supply system. Substations consist of means or switches, breakers, transformers and busbar systems. The transitions that occurred in the electrical system were caused by any sudden changes in the regime. Short circuits in the system and subsequent closing of the document can lead to system shutdown. In the theory of mathematicians of electrical systems, a parameter deviates from the parametric state of adults or models. In this process, static stability calculations are combined with normal steady-state calculations performed by iterative methods. Their approximation can be used to estimate the existence of a stable regime. The possible nature and uncertainty of the initial data required for stability calculations will encourage the development of new methods that take into account the characteristics of the electrical system as the systems become more complex. In this article, a multi-level approach to the organization of the energy supply system in telecommunication networks is presented. Assessment of the functional condition of power supply system facilities of any class and diagram and graph of step-down substations considered.
