Аннотация

Quantum-Dot Cellular Automata (QCA) has gained significant attention as a potential successor to conventional CMOS technology due to its nanoscale benefits, including extremely low power requirements, compact size, and high processing speed. In this work, we present a novel full-adder architecture designed within the QCA framework, utilizing a refined five-input majority gate. The proposed structure incorporates a robust coplanar crossover technique, enabling more effective area usage, reduced latency, and simplified circuit complexity compared to conventional methods. The efficiency and dependability of the design were validated through simulations conducted using QCADesigner 2.0.3.
