Adoption and Effectiveness of Agile Practices in Large Scale Engineering Projects in Emerging Economies
Аннотация
The high rate of engineering project development in the emerging economies has enhanced the necessity to organize the assessment of agile adoption and its impact on the project performance. The research objective is to create an informative and easily understandable model of assessment to determine the intensity of adoption and the contribution of this contribution to the project results. It has been novel to combine the concept of fuzzy adoption scoring with graph-based modeling of workflow and an explainable boosting machine into one A3EF system. The suggested framework not only provides an analysis of interaction between teams but also transforms qualitative indicators into a measurable score and foretells performance improvements in a way that is easy to interpret. The use of experimental evaluation proves that the framework is correct in measuring the impact of agile integration with an accuracy of 98.68. The paper concludes the explainable modeling and workflow-driven analytics is a trusted mechanism of the study of how agile practices enhance the effectiveness of engineering projects.
