The chapter introduces a conceptual framework describing the relationship between cultural, relational, and policy factors in promoting equity in various situations. It claims that sustainable equity needs ecological comprehensiveness among leadership ability, the policy arrangements, and interaction with the community. The findings highlight the significance of flexible, culturally based leadership that can address the global issues like diversity, the digital divide, and the evolving needs of learners.
