Comparative Heating Performance and Engineering Economic Indicators of the “Trombe Wall” System in Different Climate Zones of Uzbekistan
Аннотация
Summarizing the experience of operating passive solar heating systems shows the possibility of reducing to 60% the consumption of traditional fuel and energy resources used for heating buildings. The main goal of the study is to determine the conditions that allow partially covering the amount of energy required to heat buildings using the “Trombe wall” system. This work presents comparative calculations made to estimate the energy, economic and environmental indicators of a ventilated Trombe wall, a Trombe wall without ventilation, and the conventional wall for different climatic zones of Uzbekistan. The calculations are made for the first thermal protection level of the outer walls of residential buildings according to the methodology from international standard ISO/FDIS 13790: 2006 (E) and national standard KMK 2.01.04-97. As shown by the results, the amount of heat transferred to the indoor air through the ventilated Trombe wall is by 55 to 65% higher on average than the amount of heat transferred through the Trombe wall without ventilation.
