TA-14 Commit Reality Governance Architecture: The Governance of Reality at the Commitment Boundary Before Commit, Execution, and Outcome

Аннотация

TA-14 Commit Reality Governance Architecture is the architecture family within TA-14 that governs what must be true of present reality at the commitment boundary before a bound state may become committed, hard to reverse, executable, or outcome-accountable. It extends Binding Governance by formalizing the reality-verification layer required before controlling force may enter a hard-to-reverse path. DOI-011 establishes that binding alone is not sufficient for commitment. A route may be binding and still fail commitment readiness if present reality no longer supports the bound state, if commitment pressure has outrun reviewability, if refusal survivability has degraded, or if refusal collapse has already begun. Version 1.4 integrates Commit Gravity Science, Commit Gravity Lifecycle Architecture, Commitment Pressure Governance, Irreversibility Gradient Modeling, Refusal Survivability Science, Refusal Collapse Science, Refusal Collapse Detection, Refusal Collapse Restoration Architecture, and route-complete Commit Reality review standards. Core doctrine: No verified commit reality. No admissible commit. No admissible execution. Bridge doctrine: No admissible binding. No verified commit reality. Final v1.4 doctrine: No refusal survivability. No admissible commit. No refusal collapse detection. No survivable refusal. No measured commit gravity. No governed commitment pressure. No irreversibility gradient. No route-complete commit reality.
