Academic Adviser and Teacher Trainer at Bilkent University School of English Language (BUSEL). She has the UCLES Diploma, an MA in ELT, and is currently studying for her PhD in ELT at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara. She has been involved in running UCLES certificate and diploma courses, as well as various staff development activities in BUSEL; she is currently running the BUSEL Trainer Training Course, which she designed in April 1997.
