On quantum resonance oscillations of thin plate impedance

Resonance quantum oscillations of the high-frequency impedance of thin plates with boundaries specularly reflecting charge carriers are investigated theoretically in a weak magnetic field parallel to the surface. An expression is obtained for the resonance addition to the impedance in the case of an arbitrary charge dispersion law and arbitrary values of the quantum numbers characterizing the energy levels. The case when the plate thickness is substantially greater than the effective electron wavelength is analyzed in detail.
