Annotatsiya

The effects of six impurities (Ti, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Mo) on the residual resistivity of vanadium and of eleven impurities (Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Cu, Zr, Mo, Pd, Hf, W) on the residual resistivity of niobium have been investigated. For the series of impurities the value of the change of residual resistivity of the alloys Δρ/c for 1 at.% added impurity has been obtained for the first time. It has been established that for V- and Vi-period impurities in niobium the quantity Δρ/c has a maximum in the vicinity of Ru and Os, respectively. For IV- period impurities in vanadium a monotonic growth of Δρ/c occurs from vanadium to copper. Up to now there is no theoretical explanation of this phenomenon.
