Measurements of the diamagnetic moment of yttrium-based metal-oxide ceramic
Annotatsiya
Inductive measurements of the temperature dependence of the diamagnetic moment of the metal oxide ceramic Y1.2Ba0.8CuO4 were performed. The diamagnetic properties of this ceramic were compared with the resistive properties. Their evolution was followed. The percentage content of the superconducting phase was determined. It is concluded that the conductivity has a percolation character and the links between the ceramic granules are Josephson links. It was discovered that a surface superconducting interlayer is formed, and its thickness is determined. The contribution of the paramagnetic phase present in the ceramic to the inductance is discussed.
