Annotatsiya

Upon a partial substitution of Sr for Ba in the YBa2−xSrxCu3O7−y system it was revealed that orthorhombic superconducting single crystals with x≃0.5−0.8 are free of the twin structure that is typical of pure barium crystals with x = 0. The anisotropy in electric resistance was studied at room temperature in the directions a, b, and c for nonsuperconducting tetragonal, superconducting orthorhombic twin-free and superconducting orthorhomibic twin single crystals.
