[Objective]In order to screening out the optimum miniplant cutting conditions of Sorbus aucuparia L..[Method]The comprehensive study was carried out on US- 5- 01 which was superior strain of S. aucuparia L. such as its best hormone type and concentration,substrate type,the best cutting time,the best temperature and humidity. [Result]The effect of vermiculite + peat soil( 1∶1) on seedling growth was best,the rooting rate was 71. 12%. The effect of seedling root was best with quick dipping in 500 mg / L IBA + NAA( 1∶1) 。It was suit to the growth of S. aucuparia L. seedling in May and June in Harbin with suitable temperature and humidity conditions. S. aucuparia L. seedling rooting rate was 71. 07% urder the temperature was 28 ℃,air humidity was 70%.[Conclusion]The results show that the best miniplant cutting and rooting time for sterile S. aucuparia L. ex vitro was May and June,the best temperature was 28 ℃,the best air humidity was70%,the best substrate was vermiculite + peat soil( 1∶1),the best process mode was quick dip in 500 mg / L IBA + NAA( 1∶1),rooting rate of miniplant cutting was 71. 33%.
