The article presents information on the water supply of vineyards in mountain and Piedmont regions, methods of water conservation, including irrigation (rainwater), soil fertility, surveys and collection of local wastewater in critical water shortages in vineyards. Each of them is briefly described and conclusions are drawn. It also examines the work done using the aforementioned local methods for collecting wastewater, as well as recommendations on the irrigation of vineyards in the foothills.
