A mathematical model for predicting, monitoring and evaluating the ecological state of the atmosphere and underlying surface with passive and active impurities, which take into account the mass, diameter, particle density and the changing velocity of particles in the atmosphere is developed in the paper.To determine the velocities of fine-dispersed particles motion in the atmosphere, a system of nonlinear equations is obtained that takes into account the basic physical and mechanical properties of particles and the air mass velocity in the atmosphere, which play an important role.
