Annotatsiya

The article provides comments, conclusions and suggestions on the results of the scientific examination of the draft law of the Republic of Uzbekistan «On regulatory legal acts» in the new edition; its advantages, omissions and shortcomings are noted. The article substantiates that the draft law expands the subject of regulation, paying considerable attention to the rulemaking procedure, and increasing the complexity of the legislative task. However, the author believes that the subject of legislative regulation should be more clearly defined in the draft law.
