Ways to improve the pedagogical skills of commanders and their role in training subordinates

Annotatsiya

Within the last two years in Armed forces of Uzbekistan the serious transformations directed to creation of mobile, modern army are carried out. At the beginning of the current year the new Defense doctrine is accepted. It is highlighted that for the first time its contents has open character, showing transparency of our defensive policy. On a personal initiative of the head of state last year the State committee on defense industry which united all profile enterprises of the country is formed. In the short term it will allow to provide national army with arms and military equipment of domestic production and also the organization of process of training and education of the military personnel.
