This paper discusses the issues of protection of the software complex of mixed electronic document management by biometric authentication. The types of biometric authentication are analyzed and the advantages and disadvantages are shown. The disadvantages of document flow protection systems are described. A technique for searching for incorrect implementations when forming an open string is proposed.
