Research on sustainable fiber transportation and tension threads’ warp in weaving loom

The experience of operating looms in cotton fiber production and transportation, and a number of studies have shown that the mechanism of ginning rock in serial transporting machines does not fully compensate for deformation of the base during shedding. As a result, experimental methods for research tension allow us to determine the change in the tension of the warp threads in an elastic system by the depth and width of the weaving machine, identify the causes of various tissue defects, determine the correctness of setting up the machine mechanisms and the consistency of their work, find ways to improve machine performance and improve the quality of the fabric. Therefore, this article studies the tension of thread warp on the width of filling of transportation machine tool. It is determined that on the width of machine tool filling with the normal and strained thread warp, there are strong strained thread warp. On the base of mathematical analysis, the equations have been received, describing intercommunication between filling of tension warp and quantity of strong strained, middle strained, weak stained threads. Regressive models of tension dependence of thread warp from the width of filling of machine tool for different methods of making the way of weft.
