<em>The article is devoted to the formation and development of the innovation system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The article examines, analyzes and describes the human factor, demography and changes in the labor market, the reasons and factors affecting the formation and development of the innovation system, problems and solutions that are the main drivers of innovation in the country. <strong> </strong>According to the results of the analysis carried out by the authors, it has been established that statistics show that the existing trends in the system of innovative activity persist, there is an increase, but in practice there is a very weak growth of this activity. Based on these results, the necessary priorities are proposed for the rapid growth and development of innovative activities in the country.</em> <em>Maqolada O’zbekiston Respublikasi innovatsiya tizimini shakllantirish va rivojlantirish yo’nalishlariga bag’ishlangan. Maqolada, mamlakatda innovatsion faoliyatni rivojlantirishning asosiy drayverlari bo’lgan inson omili, demografiya va mehnat bozorida yuzaga keladigan o’zgarishlar, innovatsiya tizimini shakllantirish va rivojlantirishga ta’sir qiluvchi sabab va omillar, muammo va yechimlar o’rganilgan, taxlil qilingan hamda bayon etilgan.Mualliflar tomonidan o’tkazilgan tahlil natijalaridan, statistik raqamlar innovatsion faoliyat tizimidagi mavjud tendentsiyalar saqlab turilgani, o’sish kuzatilayotganidan ma’lumot berayotganligi, biroq, amalda bu faoliyatda juda zaif o’sish kuzatilganligi aniqlangan. Ushbu natijalardan kelib chiqib, </em><em>mamlakatda innovatsion faoliyatni jadal o’sishi va rivojlanishi uchun zarur ustuvor yo’nalishlar taklif etilgan.</em> <em>Статья посвящена становлению и развитию инновационной системы Республики Узбекистан.</em> <em>В статье исследуются, анализируются и описываются человеческий фактор, демография и изменения на рынке труда, причины и факторы, влияющие на формирование и развитие инновационной системы, проблемы и решения, которые являются основными драйверами инноваций в стране.</em> <em>По результатам проведенного автором анализа установлено, что статистика показывает, что существующие тенденции в системе инновационной деятельности сохраняются, наблюдается рост, но на практике наблюдается очень слабый рост этой активности. На основе этих результатов предложены необходимые приоритеты для быстрого роста и развития инновационной деятельности в стране.</em>
