STUDY OF PAPER TECHNOLOGY ON THE BASIS OF REED CELLULOSE

Abstract. The development of technologies for the production of paper products from reed pulp is an urgent issue in solving the problem of deep processing of raw materials, localization of product types. The purpose of the work is to create an effective technology for the production of cellulose from reeds growing in the territory of the Republic, to study the possibility of forming paper types on its basis. The possibility of using cellulose from reeds in paper compositions was suggested to be put into practice. The possibility of producing different types of paper using the obtained secondary resources was shown on the basis of physico-mechanical and physicochemical analysis of the formed paper. It was found that cellulose could be obtained by deep processing of local reeds. Technology for the production of semi-finished products, which is important for the paper industry, was proposed. The reed cellulose-based paper samples were tested in the company's laboratory.
