THEORETICAL FOUNDATIONS OF INTER-AFGHAN NEGOTIATIONS

Annotatsiya

This article describes in detail the coverage of "inter-Afghan negotiations" in foreign studies. The author bases foreign research works on regional, institutional approaches based on the analysis of various political and historical sources, and tries to cover each of them consistently. In particular, from the point of view of regional principles, the different aspects of research objects (human rights, the future of national statehood, the source of extremism and terrorism, regional security) in the views of 3 main research subjects: Western scientists and research centers, Afghan national researchers, as well as scientists from the Commonwealth of Independent States, including Central Asia.
