The object of the research is the educational process. Problems for modeling are investigated. A general structure of educational content has been developed, taking into account the credit system of education. A conceptual model of requests in the credit system of education has been developed. Some temporal characteristics of information data in the logistics information system are given. In the information flow for solving some problems, the initial data is educational content.
