Annotatsiya

The article deals with the research issues of controlled electromagnetic devices, vibration exciters, which extend to systems with autonomous power sources, in which self-oscillations are excited under certain conditions. These systems are little automated and their rational design needs theoretical substantiation. The currently used exciters are mainly used in the forced oscillation mode at the mains frequency. Here, of the vibration parameters, only the amplitude of mechanical vibrations is adjustable. The paper considers one of the ways of creating a controlled electromagnetic vibration exciter for introducing feedback on the vibration speed when powered from an autonomous current source with a nonlinear output characteristic. In such conditions, the uniqueness of the amplitude-frequency characteristic is ensured when the load changes, i.e. natural frequency of the mechanical part. Consequently, with automatic maintenance of the resonance mode, the efficiency of the system increases by reducing the current consumed by the EME and reducing its dimensions.
