The introduction of effective corporate governance elements in order for companies to win in healthy competition in the conditions of a market economy will serve to increase the profitability of companies. Companies implement an individual corporate culture, depending on the type and nature of the activity. This article examines the processes of transformation of organizational culture into corporate culture, the impact of corporate culture applied in the process of transformation of commercial banks on the competitiveness of the company.
