ADVANCED FOREIGN EXPERIENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION AND PROSPECTS FOR ITS APPLICATION IN THE NATIONAL NATURAL RESOURCE CADASTRAL SYSTEM

The article analyzes the scientific foundations of international cooperation between Uzbekistan and foreign countries in the field of formation and application of cadastral information on natural resources. The author identifies priority subjects of international law as well as areas of cooperation in the cadastral field. Considering the experience of maintaining the cadastral system in Australia, Turkey, the USA and Belarus, the author comes to the conclusion that foreign cadastral systems are not distinguished by their environmental orientation, qualitative and quantitative indicators of the state of natural resources, their economic assessment are not reflected in all cadastres, registers and systems. registration of rights. In addition, in most of the considered foreign cadastres, the object is real estate, that is, when land and buildings, structures are recognized as a single integral object. As for the prospects for applying foreign experience in improving the national system, the author proposes a “flexible” regime in which it is possible to avoid blind copying of foreign models, and apply the latest technologies and methods based on the characteristics of economic development and the ecological state.
