Annotatsiya
For the study, we used white laboratory rats born from control and experimental hypothyroid mothers. Morphological studies of the pancreas at different periods of postnatal ontogenesis showed that, compared to the control group, there are developmental delays and changes in the formation of individual components of the vessel wall. We noted changes in the arterial wall in all experimental animals from the first days after the experiment. The obtained results showed that it causes changes in pancreatic cells and their blood vessels in offspring born to mothers with experimental hypothyroidism.
