In this article, the theoretical foundations of the processes of using food resources in the Republic of Uzbekistan are studied. Also, the issues of production and use of primary food products delivered to the population were considered, and the economic analysis of meat and dairy products produced and delivered to the population in 2001-2021. An econometric model of the study and analysis of the consumption of these products was created and solved in the EXCEL electronic program. Based on the obtained results, economic analyses, conclusions and proposals were developed.
