Automobile cargo transportation is of great importance in the operation of motor transport, its economic efficiency, in the development of transport services, in the rise of the economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Consistent modernization of the design of trucks is of great importance for increasing the load capacity and reducing the cost of transportation of products. The creation of a lightweight truck design reduces the cost of freight transportation and improves the economic efficiency of its operation. It is known that the spring is the main elastic element of the suspension of trucks. This article discusses the issue of strength and reliability of two leaf springs of the front suspension of a MAN TGS 33.360, TGS 33.400 (6x4) truck in the hot climate of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The analysis of the available works on this topic [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11] allows us to identify a number of the most important parameters that are closely related to the accelerated failure of components and assemblies of the MAN TGS 33.360, TGS 33.400 (6x4) truck, in particular, breakdowns of two leaf springs of the front suspension in special conditions of their operation.
