Machine Learning-based Price Prediction and Analysis of Laptop Specifications

This paper explores the relationship between various laptop specifications and their prices using machine learning models. The dataset, obtained from Kaggle, includes attributes such as brand, screen size, operating system, RAM, and storage type. We apply data preprocessing, exploratory data analysis, and machine learning techniques to predict laptop prices in euros. The results show that specifications like storage type, RAM, and screen resolution have significant impacts on price prediction accuracy, achieving a high prediction accuracy of 91.8% using advanced models.
