This review examines the problem of the spread of surface mycoses and their pathogens. Dermatophytes are filamentous fungi that cause dermatophytosis in humans and animals. Special attention is paid to the current epidemiological trends of fungal infections and dermatomycoses of the skin are considered. The main types of fungal skin diseases and factors affecting the virulence of fungi are described. В данном обзоре рассматривается проблемараспространения поверхностных микозов и его возбудителей. Дерматофиты — это нитчатые грибы, вызывающие дерматофитозы у людей и животных. Рассмотрены дерматомикозы кожи, особое внимание уделено современным эпидемиологическим тенденциям грибковых инфекций.Описаны основные виды грибковых заболеваний кожии факторы, влияющие на вирулентность грибов.
