"Abstract. This scientific article examines the experience of developing countries in preventing discrimination in labor relations. By analyzing the strategies and practices adopted by these countries, information is provided on the issue of creating equal opportunities and fair treatment in the global workforce. The article examines effective approaches to combating discrimination, legal frameworks, enforcement mechanisms, and employer practices. Various developed countries are implementing important measures to combat discrimination and promote equal treatment in the workplace. Each countryʼs approach may differ depending on its legal mechanisms and sources of law. One of the key aspects of preventing discrimination in employment is the existence of comprehensive legislation. Developed countries generally have a strong legal framework to protect individuals from discrimination based on a variety of protected characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, gender, age, disability, etc. These laws help prevent discrimination in hiring, promotion, firing, and other employment-related decisions.
