Annotatsiya

This article provides a scientific and practical analysis of a step-by-step methodology for teaching technical techniques to young belt wrestling athletes. The study results demonstrated that the consistent five-stage teaching model initial preparation and formation of the technical base, teaching the simplified form of the technique, working in pairs and managing balance, training with resistance, and applying techniques in simulated competition conditions ensures the stable development of athletes’ technical, coordination, physical, and tactical skills. Each stage has its specific pedagogical, biomechanical, and psychological foundations, and when applied consistently, technical accuracy increased from 40% to 92%, coordination from 35% to 88%, endurance from 30% to 85%, and tactical actions from 25% to 90%. This approach enables athletes to be fully prepared for competition conditions and to achieve high performance results.
