Annotatsiya

The presented work is devoted to the study of the influence of natural biostimulants on the productivity of cattle grown for meat. The aim of the study was to determine the effectiveness of biotechnological methods to increase the growth rate of animals and improve the quality of meat raw material. In the course of the experiment, control and experimental groups of animals differing in feeding ration were formed. The experimental group received a standard diet supplemented with natural biostimulants. The results of the study showed that the use of biostimulants leads to an increase in average daily live weight gain by 18%, as well as to a reduction in the fattening period by 20 days. In addition, the experimental group showed an improvement in meat quality indicators such as colour, pH, fat and protein content. The obtained data indicate the promising use of natural biostimulants to improve the efficiency of animal husbandry and production of high quality beef.
