Comparative Dynamics of IT Adoption of Teachers in Uzbekistan, Russia and China

In the digital education environment, information technology teaching skills have become one of the most important competencies required by teachers. However, how to effectively improve teachers' IT teaching skills is an important issue. This study uses a questionnaire survey to investigate the use of IT by teachers in Uzbekistan, Russia and China to dynamically analyze the development of teachers' IT use in the three countries and to predict the trends. Based on this, the results of the questionnaire were analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. Firstly, the quantitative analysis was carried out. The results of the reliability and validity analysis showed that the questionnaire was well designed and the data results obtained were of high value. This allows further in-depth analysis of the data. Secondly, the quantitative analysis where the arithmetic mean was used as a reference value and the data results were interpreted based on the data results and the graphs drawn. Although there are differences in the ability of educators to use IT across countries there is a growing trend in its use. In addition, the development of IT has changed the way teachers learn to acquire IT knowledge. Finally, recommendations are made for the training of teachers in IT skills. In conclusion, it is necessary to train teachers in IT education skills.
