Abstract: This article analyzes the formation of profit in the activities of business entities and the factors affecting it. The indicators taken into account in the formation of profit for the enterprise are studied. Proposals and recommendations are developed regarding the areas of use of profit formed as a result of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise. In addition, we will be talking about profit and its main determinants. Specifically, prices, productivity and services, allocation of resources, sales and marketing activities, economic and legal environment are paid special attention to. And it also talks about proper management and business strategies to earn the most out of profits. The article makes a few practical suggestions to improve the profits-making cycle and tailor it to market dynamics for companies and businesses.
