Annotatsiya
This paper proposes an Intent-First Operating System — a computing paradigm in which the user declares intent in natural language, and the OS generates, executes, and subsequently discards application instances on demand. We formalize this using V = N / D: by collapsing the friction D of application installation and maintenance to near zero, the user meaningful output N is maximized. We discuss technical prerequisites, limitations, and civilizational implications. Scope: Exploratory framework proposal. Not peer-reviewed empirical research.
