This article examines the effectiveness of storytelling as a methodological tool for developing the speaking skills of secondary school students. Storytelling provides a natural context for language use, allowing students to improve fluency, expand vocabulary, and reduce psychological barriers. We analyze the theoretical foundations and practical activities for integrating narrative-based techniques into the English language classroom.
