Effectiveness Of Simulation-Based Training In Improving Clinical Competence Of Medical Students: A Prospective Study
Annotatsiya
Simulation-based learning has become an important component of modern medical education, providing a safe and controlled environment for developing clinical skills and decision-making abilities. Traditional medical training often limits students’ opportunities to practice complex procedures due to concerns about patient safety and ethical considerations. Therefore, simulation technologies are increasingly being integrated into medical curricula worldwide. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of simulation-based learning in improving the clinical competence of medical students. Simulation-based learning significantly improves the clinical competence, practical skills, and decision-making abilities of medical students compared with traditional teaching methods. The integration of structured simulation training into medical curricula can enhance the quality of clinical education and better prepare future healthcare professionals for real clinical practice.
