Annotatsiya

This thesis examines the role of interactive games in developing listening comprehension and writing skills among primary school learners. In modern primary education, listening and writing are considered essential components of foreign language acquisition because they help students understand information, express ideas, and participate actively in classroom communication. However, many young learners experience difficulties in concentrating during lessons, understanding spoken language, organizing thoughts, and writing correctly in English. Traditional teaching methods often reduce students’ motivation and classroom participation. The aim of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of interactive games in improving listening and writing abilities in primary school English classes. The research is based on descriptive and observational methods, including the analysis of pedagogical literature, classroom activities, and practical examples of game-based learning techniques. The findings show that interactive games increase learners’ motivation, attention, confidence, and active participation. They also create a positive learning environment that supports language acquisition and creativity.
