Analysis of the stability of the total costs to the deviation of the network parameters from their optimal values

In the article, by the method of criterion analysis, a study is carried out of the equal economic zones of the target function of the total costs of electrical networks of 0.38 and 10 kV, taking into account and without taking into account the restrictions. Equally, the economic zone of total costs makes it possible to unify the parameters of the lines: the values and the number of cable cross-sections of electrical networks of 0.38 and 10 kV.
