The introduction of electronic document management is one of the most important tasks of technical and technological reequipment of JSC “Uzbekistan railways” following the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On electronic document circulation". In JSC, "Uzbekistan railways" is currently stored huge volumes of technical documentation created, processed, and analyzed “manually”. While the same steps of entering the primary data are performed repeatedly by different services and organizations, increasing the costs of unproductive labor and the number of “operator errors”. The Department of automation and remote control stores large amounts of technical documentation on paper. The volume of this documentation, expressed in A4 format, can reach 25 thousand copies in one linear enterprise.
