In order to analyze and diagnose a biosignal-electrocardiogram (ECG) signal generated during a heartbeat on a computer, it is first necessary to automatically identify and locate its QRS characteristic points. The article deals with the programming of the ECG R tooth detection algorithm in LabView, using the currently popular, powerful mathematical tool - wavelet analysis and synthesis.
