Annotatsiya
This paper examines the critical issue of teacher preparedness for teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) in contexts where English is not the primary language of the community. Drawing on existing literature and case studies, it argues that effective ESOL instruction in these settings requires a specialized skill set that goes beyond general English proficiency and pedagogical knowledge
