Abstract

The dynamic mixed state in thin films of thin is studied. It is found that the nonlinearity and jumps in IVC are associated with the dynamics of nonequilibrium quasiparticles. The experimental data are in accord with the theoretical dependences obtained in the theory of nonlinear conductivity, taking into account the finite rate of heat removal from the film. The energy relaxation time for Sn is estimated as τϵ = 1.2−2.10−10 s.
